Genesis Preparatory School is accredited by the Florida Council of Independent
Schools (FCIS), a professional educational association that evaluates and
accredits independent schools throughout the state of Florida. FCIS is
one of the
nation's largest organizations of independent schools, and represents over
73,000 students in 159 member schools. The Council assures that each school
maintains high standards and independence of character without political ,
financial, or bureaucratic pressures.
The Council is an association member of the National Association of Independent
Schools (NAIS), an affiliate of the Council of American Private Education (CAPE),
and a founding member of the Florida Association of Academic Nonpublic Schools (FAANS).
Genesis Preparatory School is triple-accredited through FCIS, the Southern Association of Colleges and
Schools (SACS), and the National Independent Private Schools Association (NIPSA). The goals of
all three accrediting organizations are to provide children with the best education possible, and
to advance excellence in education worldwide so that every student is prepared for success. GPS
